Principal’s Message

Welcome to Mill Creek Elementary School – Home of the Gators!

It is my absolute joy and honor to welcome all our returning families and those joining us for the first time to the 2025–2026 school year. At Mill Creek Elementary, we pride ourselves on hands-on learning, critical thinking, and innovation — always striving to do what is best for students.

This year, we’re focused on fostering excellence through strong relationships and meaningful collaboration. Our success is rooted in the bonds we build — with students, staff, families, and our community. Whether it’s supporting classrooms, attending school events, or engaging in family nights, your presence is not only appreciated — it matters.

I warmly invite you to be an active partner in our journey, where we will make the 2025–2026 school year a time of growth, connection, and unforgettable achievements.

If you ever have questions or would like to visit our campus, my door is always open. I look forward to working alongside you this year!

Sincerely,
Seth Daub

Principal

“I love Mill Creek because they respect everyone here. We do fun activities and learn a lot of new things and I think it’s a very good education.” -Bella, Student

“When my son arrived to this school almost two and a half years ago, my son has acclimated to reading above his grade level. He is now A/B on a roll. He's had several issues with behavior and now he’s calmed down. He's doing exceptionally well. I thank the staff and everyone that's been a part of this village.” -Machala Beckham, Parent

“They’ve taken great care of my son. First grade, give or take, he was diagnosed with ADHD, but there was more to it than just that. He’s on the low end of Autism so his reaction to certain things was not how you would expect somebody to react. He had such a hard time just paying attention. A lot of the teachers here have been more than accommodating for him. They’ve worked with him a lot more one on one where his focus is directed to the teacher. It's definitely reassuring that the staff is there for you and your kid.” Dante Gullotta, Parent
